MP4U Lifestyle Meals are thoughtfully designed by our culinary team to bring you your favorite flavors with a healthy twist. Crafted in-house, these meals meet balanced nutritional guidelines for a complete meal. Every aspect of a lifestyle meal—marinades, dressings, and sauces—is made from scratch in-house. MP4U Build Your Own menu offers a simple and flexible way to create custom meals tailored to your macros (fat, protein, carbs), food intolerances, or preferences. This option allows you to build your own plate by selecting your desired protein, carbohydrate, and vegetable in exact quantities and portion sizes. The vegetables are steamed and unseasoned, proteins are grilled or oven-baked without seasoning, and the carbs are unseasoned, baked, or prepared in a rice cooker.

All MP4U entrées have a 5-day refrigerated shelf life. We don't use any preservatives—just the freshest ingredients, prepared with precise and carefully designed cooking procedures to ensure your meals are as perfect on day one as they are on day five!

All meals ordered through the app can be made plant-based. Simply click the 'info' button on each menu item and select 'Make Me Plant-Based.' This option removes any sauces or ingredients that contain non-plant ingredients, replacing animal-based proteins with protein-rich plant-based alternatives. Our plant-based options are rich in protein, with our MP4U chefs incorporating fermented pea protein into in-house plant-based patties to provide a high-protein replacement that keeps all our meals balanced. Our chefs carefully create plant-based options to complement the unique flavor profile of each meal. We offer a variety of house-made falafels, veggie ground, plant-based chili, beet patties, and tofu. All plant-based options are made with high-protein, whole foods, and gluten-free ingredients.

We are a gluten-friendly kitchen, and all our menu items, including protein treats, are gluten-friendly. While we are not celiac certified, as there may be traces through our vendors' distribution channels, we are actively working towards achieving that level of certification.

Yes, our meals are fresh, cooked and ready to eat, we do all the prep for you! All you need to do is warm the meal to your liking and enjoy.

Yes, our "Set It and Forget It" subscription can be paused or canceled anytime. However, for "custom" orders, we require 36 hours' notice before the midnight cutoff for each prep day.

There is no minimum order amount. We prepare a fresh menu every Sunday and Wednesday, ensuring both freshness and variety. All our entrées have a 5-day fresh shelf life!

With our subscription, you can earn a credit to your MP4U account that can be applied to any order. The subscription offers up to 10% credit back, depending on order quantity and frequency. Please note that these credits expire annually.

Yes, we offer home deliveries on Wednesday and Sunday, which are our MP4U prep days. To qualify for delivery, you must meet a minimum purchase requirement based on your location. If you meet the minimum order quantity, delivery is $8.00. We also have several pickup locations in each city, which you can find on our website, app, and at checkout on the app! Deliveries are made between 3:30 PM and 6:00 PM on Sundays and Wednesdays. Your MP4U will arrive in an insulated cooler bag and be transported in a temperature-controlled vehicle. If you won’t be home, please leave an additional cooler outside for us to place your meal prep into. You will receive an email with delivery details after placing your order.
